What happens on the day?
On arrival at the departure point in Buckingham Palace Road, London, you will be given your entry tickets and board the branded Double Decker bus.
When you get to the Studio Tour, you will be directed to the admission point. The initial entry involves a video clip of interviews with cast members and the history of the making of Harry Potter. After the video you will be guided in to the studios where you are free to wander around at your own pace. Once you have finished your tour you can browse in the shop before returning to the bus.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The experience is available hourly seven days a week, September to May, subject to availability. Some date exclusions including June to August (inclusive), 25 and 26 December will apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 7 hours from arrival to return.
Please arrive at the meeting place in Buckingham Palace Road 15 to 30 minutes before departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
