Sadler's Ales Brew a Beer Day Experience for Two
Add to Basket
Make your way to the award winning Sadler’s Ale Tap House ‘The Windsor Castle Inn’ for a day brewing beer together and learning from the professionals. You’ll start with the basics and see it through from preparation to tasting… this is the ideal experience for any beer lovers or brewing fanatics.
The two of you will meet your brewers for a quick cuppa and briefing before heading through the cellars and into the Brew House where your brewing journey begins. You’ll weigh and measure your ingredients before moving on to the mashing, a full tour of the brewery is included and you’ll finish it off with a bacon and egg sandwich, washed down with a few beer samples.
You’ll need to sparge your mashed malted barley and run your brew through the giant copper kettle where it will be boiled and infused with hops before you head back to the pub for a light Ploughman's lunch. More work will be required in the brewing house and you’ll learn all about the fermentation process. You’ll help the professionals brew up to 3500 pints during your experience and so as a thank you you’ll receive a gift pack of bottled, award winning Sadler’s Ale.
