Introduction

Not for the faint of heart or anyone afraid of heights, bungee jumping offers the ultimate adrenaline rush to anyone brave enough to take the plunge. From high up above the ground you’ll feel the breeze through your hair, breathe in the cooler air and prepare to dive off the platform, before experiencing a few moments of free-fall and bouncing back high into the air. You can bungee on your own, in tandem with a bottle of bubbly to share (either for a spot of Dutch courage or to calm your nerves afterwards), or you can add to the experience with a zip wire, abseil and parachute descender on the aptly named Awesome Foursome. If you don’t want to jump out in the open air, there’s even an indoor bungee jump too!
