What happens on the day
Cosmetics à la Carte pride themselves in being able to give you the results you want, how you want them. Cosmetics à la Carte make all their own unique products in London and have always been obsessive about high quality and colour. Their aim is to help you get the best results from their Ready-to-Wear or Made-to-Measure Make-up and skin care products.
From the moment you first enter their shop in Knightsbridge, the make-up artists help with choosing the best products for your colouring and skin-type. You are shown how to emphasise your best features and personality with a personal, practical, up-to-date skin care and make-up routine.
Your experience includes a useful skin assessment to ensure your choices and routines are right from the start.
You’ll cover face cleansing, moisturising, priming and why certain products are used or not. You will learn about matching foundation to skin type and colouring - trying and testing until perfection is attained. You will find your ideal effect for daytime make-up and lip colour, applying finishing touches with blusher to create contours. You’ll explore how to boost your tailored day look with mineral powder, gloss, eyeliner and highlighter, or with bolder colours to create an evening look.
