1. Choose an experience and place your order
Browse through our categories and find the perfect gift or treat yourself to something you've always wanted to do. Add your gift to the basket and then proceed through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation at the end of the checkout confirming all your details and what you have purchased.
2. Once you receive your gift...
Your gift will be sent in a plain brown envelope so not to spoil any surprises. Inside you'll find a gift pack containing your voucher, a message, an information sheet detailing your experience and your booking details.
3. Book your experience
Please choose the location you would like to go to from the booking details inside your gift pack. All locations will have a booking telephone number. Please call this number and make your booking. In most cases your voucher will be valid for 9 months and your voucher must be booked and used within this time.
4. Enjoy your experience
It's the day of your experience, which means it's time to have fun! For some experiences you may need to check weather conditions with the supplier before you leave home, if so, just a quick call will make sure you don't ruin your day! We want you to have a great time on your experience and would love for you to leave us feedback to tell us how great your day was!
